There are more titles by Iain available from the Danetre Music catalogue. Owned and run by proprieter, Chris North, himself an accomplished player, conductor, composer and arranger, Danetre has been publishing Iain's music for some years for which he is very grateful.

 

Iain's titles include distinctive arrangements such as the folk song Black is the Colour of My True Love's Hair and Irving Berlin's Blue Skies. Solo items include Adagio from Mozart's Clarinet Concerto arranged for Soprano Cornet, Don Maclean's And I Love You So for Trombone and a traditional variation solo based on The Keel Row for tenor horn.

 

Other concert items include original works such as Eclipse which was a finalist in the European Young Composers' competition in 2002 and a great march called True Freedom which was written for Salvo Brass for the Whit Friday marches in 2007. For ten-piece ensembles there are five volumes of arrangements, ranging in difficulty known as The Decibels Collection.
